The Museum of London's Learning website is producing a number of online
packages providing guidance for primary teachers on the use of Museum visits
and resources to teach a range of different subjects. Each package will
provide general guidance on using the Museum to teach each subject, the
incorporation of appropriate ICT, activities or discussion points to do in
the Museum, class-room preparation and follow-up ideas, as well as an
interactive quiz for pupils.
Subjects
* Art & Design
* Citizenship
* Geography
* Literacy

Four packages are planned for 2004, and are scheduled to live by the end of
June, final text etc. to be submitted in early April.
A fee of £1,500 is offered per package, including all expenses.

guidelines can be offered to those with no prior experience but who have an
interest in learning the style. All appointed authors will be expected to
familiarise themselves with our web house-style, and to apply it to their
work.
How to apply
If you wish to be considered for this work, please contact the Learning
online project manager with a CV and covering letter, stating which
package(s) you are interested in. Further information is available upon
request.
