I expect that sometime this week I'll send out a list of the
changes in the "free back issues" policies. There are about 10
such changes. There are over 690,000 free articles at this
point!
The change announcement will go out to those who have signed up
for notifications about access control changes at HighWire; this
is a separate list from the list for announcements of journals
new to HighWire; to sign up for various lists, see:
