Would you like to know more about journal publishing in the electronic
world?
This one-day event is being hosted in Cambridge by Royal Society of
Chemistry, the largest organisation in Europe for advancing the chemical
sciences. Supported by a network of 45,000 members worldwide and an
internationally acclaimed publishing business, the RSC’s activities span
education and training, conferences and science policy, and the promotion of
the chemical sciences to the public. This seminar aims to improve
understanding of the journal publishing process.
This one-day seminar is aimed at librarians, information specialists,
intermediaries and anyone interested in the electronic journal supply chain.
It will provide an overview of the journal publishing process including
editorial, product development and customer support, particularly within the
context of a digital environment.
