Hi again,
We currently have IP recognition on site and then people can use a special
username and password for off-site access. However, if we can get Athens to
access the journals whether on-site or off, I believe our users would
infinitely prefer that option. But, Springer have not responded in any way
to my queries. I did email them last year about the same thing and they
told me that they were 'looking into' arranging Athens access. Needless to
say they never updated me on the matter.
