Hi Everyone
We cannot afford Science Direct nor to subscribe to all our printed
titles as a bundle.
When we enquired about e-access to individual titles we were told that
this would be outside of Nesli and would cost us the princely sum of 25%
extra on top of the print costs presumably plus VAT as well.
Has anyone else been told this?
Can anybody in or outiside of Elsevier give a decent reason why when
other publishers only charge 0-15% and mostly 0-10% extra for e-acess,
Elsevier feel justified in charging 25% extra?
