Dear Malcolm
I use Extenza-Turpin as a distributor and the dispatch dates are
usually within the turn-around time that we have agreed. (Obviously
there's one or two exceptions every now and then, but nothing too
serious.)
They do respond very quickly to any complaints I have though. If
your journals are publishing on time, I can't understand why there'd
be such a problem.
What did they say when you discussed it with them?
karen

Subject: Journal deliveries
Dear All,
I'd much appreciate learning if anyone has had problems recently with
Extenza-Turpin as a journal distributor. I write on behalf of the society
that publishes the Journal of the History of the Neurosciences to find out
how widely shared our problem is -- we had immense difficulties over
deliveries in 2003 and still have not had a full delivery of the first two
parts for 2004.
Very Sincerely,
Malcolm Macmillan, D.Sc., FAPS
