Dear all
Just to clarify, if you have already paid for a 2004 subscription to Reproduction, your access should already be activated so you shouldn't need to go through the activation process. We do advise you to check and update your details though - see 3a and 3b below. You will need your customer number and the password mentioned below to do this.

Subject: Reproduction Online
Free Access period to Reproduction online ends 31st May 2004
BioScientifica Ltd has taken over publishing Reproduction, the Journal
of the Society for Reproduction and Fertility, and the journal changed
online host in January 2004 to HighWire Press. To ensure subscribers
continue to be able to access the journal the HighWire Press version was
freely available online until 31st May 2004.
We would like to be doubly sure that all our subscribers are aware of
these changes and that they are able to access the online journal
following the end of the trial period. We are concerned that not all
our subscribers may have received the information necessary for them to
activate online access to the journal once the trial ends and amend
their account information on HighWire.
The following letter and email has been sent out:
Dear Institutional Subscriber,
Reproduction has been available online since 31 January 2004 at its new
site on HighWire Press: www.reproduction-online.org.
The electronic version will be available free of charge until Monday 31
May 2004 after which time only institutional subscribers will have
access to full text of articles. Tables of contents and abstracts will
remain free to all.
If you are a paid-up subscriber Portland Customer Services,
Reproduction's subscription fulfilment agent, has placed your details
in HighWire's database and your online access should not be interrupted.
However, default text has been used for some details and you will need
to update this for your institution.
To update your details:
1. Go to the home page: www.reproduction-online.org.
