Dear David,
I work a lot with found poetry, have always done so to some extent, and
continue to do so with perhaps increasing interest.
Did the New York Times piece involve someone re-typing copies of the New
York Times?

Can anyone give me some names for practitioners in the field of US found
poetry at the moment?
I heard a paper at the MLA last Christmas about, inter alia, someone
who'd rearranged a copy of The New York Times (I think) to form a book,
but can't think of his his name now.
There was also someone who specialised in installing his poems as
roadsigns, which reminded me of the privately installed roadsign in my
part of the world, 'Welcome to Hull -- twinned with your darkest
thought'. That one didn't last long, needless to say.
Help me out here, someone!
