Subject: [SPM] CT-scan normalization
Dear colleagues,
I would like to normalize a high resolution CT-scan to Talairach, in
order to compare a single patient lesion with other imaging data.
However I could not find any CT-scan template over the web, and failed
to get a successfull normalization when using a T1 template and playing
with normalization options (large deformation in the y axis in
particular).
Does anyone have a "working recipe" or a CT-scan template ?
PS : implanted with metal material the single source of anatomic info in
this patient is CT-scan.
Cordially,
Lionel Naccache
