I have been down this road like many others. We have decided to give the
option to the FA's themselves. We have an agreement with the local local GP
practice managers as we don't have the necessary facilities. Sian

Subject: first aiders/hep B vaccine
hi all
im sorry if this is an old chestnut but i have been asked about
requirements for the above!!
i am looking at the research base in relation to hep B and first
aiders, 'best practice' aside does anyone know of anything which will back
(or dispute) my nursing background which tells me that this is actually a
good thing for a company to do??
The first aiders may deal with members of the public and the company have
potentially between 500 and 1000 first aiders nationwide. (cost benefit
analysis and all that!)
what does your company's do and what are your experiences with GP's etc
yours in anticipation (as ever)
jacqui
