very interested in this one myself. i know we kept employees affected under
Coshh for 40 years but not sure if other record are for 7 or 10 years. i was
planning on keeping them 10 so if anyone can tell me its less than that i

Can I ask how long paper notes have to be kept for staff who have left the
organisation?
There are no items or results in there that come under the COSHH
regulations.
How long must we keep hold of them until they can be shredded?
