Do you mean 'Agenda for Change' or is it different in Guernsey? If it is A4C
and you are an RCN member you can go to the RCN website and log in as a
member - there is an A4C section where there is a section there that helps
you step by step to develop and write your job description. You may find
this useful with writing your own and others in your department job
description.
