Subject: economics of language support services
Greetings
I am part of a group looking at strategic development of language
support services for the public sector in London. We would like to
consider the health economics of language support; the cost benefits/
cost effectiveness of appropriate language services and the costs to
the
patient/ family of not having language/ interpreting support.
Does anyone know of any research on this topic or anyone working on
the
health economics of language support services?
Thank you
Sarah
