No, I cannot agree with your 'verdict' Mike, the programme wasn't made
for you and the mining history world as such. The format leaves a lot
to be desired for several reasons but on the whole I believe it did
offer a fair insight into the 'joys' and dangers of mine exploration
for 'Joe Public'.
Mining history receives little enough exposure in the media, unless
what is offered is either wrong in fact don't knock what little we do
receive, lighten up! The archaeology was 'there' perhaps you were too
apoplectic to notice it!!!
