Somebody suggested Batgirl but was there also not a character called
the "Bookworm" from the 60's Batman series? He was played by the late
Roddy McDowall I seem to remember. He wore glasses (obviously) and had a
nifty little reading lamp sewn into his hat. He went round stealing rare
books though, so maybe he's not a valuable role model.
