One thing we had a quibble with here was in the why the guy in the library
was disqualified on one search for getting help from a colleague. Surely
one of the best benefits of using a library is that you can ask for help?
However, we did wonder if the most efficient searcher might be a librarian
with a telephone who was able to search google... ;-)

Yes, I read it with delight on the train this morning. Especially
delighted as I'm constantly trying to defend metadata to e-learning folk
who say "but can't we just Google it?".
I had one small quibble though- it seemed to me they were using a
library without the help of a friendly librarian, which was mostly OK,
but I'm sure a couple of the questions would have shown an even better
result with a librarian involved! :-)
