Aim: To enable Managers to support their teams during change processes and
implement effective change initiatives themselves.
Objectives
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
*Take account of the effect change has on people when planning change
*Identify each of the five stages of change a individual or group will go
through
*Explain the value of research, and supporting others, when talking about
change
*Account for their own perception of change when working with change
*Explain the value of communicating the ‘big picture’ in change
*Explain why buying into the change is essential to their own and others
participation
*Support their teams when change is imposed upon them
*Support their teams in understanding that change is an ongoing process
*Identify the processes and procedures that will enable their teams to
manage the day-to-day during times of change

Cost is £75 for CPD25 members, £100 for M25 affiliate members and £150 for
other institutions, including refreshments
Please note that there are 15 places available for this event, which will
be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Bookings will close on
the 1st June 2004 and any cancellations after that date will incur a 50%
cancellation fee. In the event of a “no show” or a cancellation on the day
100% cancellation charges will apply.
