This one-day workshop is designed for staff who already have some awareness of diversity issues, but wish to examine in more detail what diversity really means for their organisation.
BENEFITS OF ATTENDING
This practical workshop will help participants to examine where their organisation/service stands in terms of diversity; look at the four approaches to managing diversity; carry out a diversity audit and identify a plan of action for their organisation
