Visit the TUC Library Collection

ASSIGN (The ASLIB Social Sciences Special Interest Group and Network) is organising a visit to the Library collection of the Trades Union Congress which is located at London Metropolitan University, Holloway Rd Learning Centre London N7 6PP.

It hosts the historical collection of books, journals and pamphlets of the TUC which cover a wide range of subjects relating to trade unions, labour relations and employment. The visit will include a talk on the work of the TUC, the role of its Library and development of its online web source the Union Makes us Strong.
This visit is free to all ASSIGN members. Approximate length of the visit will be 1.5 hours.
