Hi,
Our college is in the process of amalgamating with a local larger
college.
Negotiations are at the stage of unions and management talking about new
contracts, at the same time college wishes to put together an employee
package which will include such things as healthcare, deals with local
businesses etc so we are being asked for our thoughts and ideas on such
a package.
Does anyone out there have such a package, what kinds of benefits have
you been able to negotiate with your employers - did you have to give
anything up for these benefits?
