€ Understand the different digital video formats
€ Operate the most useful features of a DVCAM Camera
€ Shoot widescreen on the PD150/170
€ Use timecode effectively
€ Understand the different types of microphones available and when
to use them
€ Understand digital connection, how to download to computer, and
storage on tape or computer file.
Shooting with DV- Level Two
Tuesday 30th November 2004

€ Understand the different digital video formats
€ Understand and operate all the features of a broadcast DVCAM
(Sony DSR570)
€ Record full broadcast standard pictures and sound
€ Understand shot sequencing and the importance of shooting to edit
€ Understand basic lighting for DV
€ Understand digital connection and download to computer, and
storage on tape or computer file
