Weekend Site Manager
As Site Manager you will be responsible for the organisation and supervision of all Customer Services operations, including staff management, training and deployment and the provision of high quality services to customers.
You should have a degree or relevant professional qualification (or equivalent), or substantial relevant experience, with a thorough knowledge of library systems and processes, particularly in an HE environment. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be confident in training others. You will be able to take an innovative, customer-focussed approach to service provision, and be able to manage a complex workload.
Grade: 6b (£22,774 - £24,161 pro rata). Please note that as this is a weekend post, enhanced rates of pay do not apply.
Hours: During semesters: 9:30 - 17:00 on Saturdays; 11:30 - 19:00 on Sundays; also work on May Bank Holidays and some Saturdays during the summer are required. You will also work 4 hours on a designated weekday during semesters (full details of hours available on application).
