In response to another recent flurry of requests about our courses from
academic institutions and public library authorities, I hope members don't
mind my writing to confirm that we do offer all of our courses at a client's
own venue (or we can hire a venue local to the client), either just for the
client's own staff or for staff from a number of institutions/local
authorities/consortia. We work with clients from throughout the UK (and the
USA).

Please note - our clients' courses are not simply generic 'one size fits
all' type of courses: prior to a course, information is requested from the
client and client's staff about problems and difficulties being experienced,
in order to ensure that these specific issues are also addressed by the
trainer during the day and, in addition, for ICT Troubleshooting sessions
information concerning users' PCs is also requested in order that the
trainer can relate generic practice specifically to the staff's own
scenario, regardless of whether the PCs used for the training mirrors this
set-up or not.
