I am interested in finding out how those New Universities which employ
library staff on academic or academic related scales are proposing to
implement the Framework Agreement.
Here at Huddersfield the proposal is to transfer us to admin grades and
evaluate our posts using the admin job evaluation criteria. There also
seems to be a suggestion that our currently enhanced leave entitlement
will be reduced. I'm interested in finding out whether this is the
approach happening elsewhere.
I am happy to collate the responses and report back to respondents.
