indicators; benchmarking; reports; action planning and results; it's about
you as a manager of your service, shaping it's performance.

This is my second request for help - I didn't get any answers first time!
I'm registered on Route B, currently writing my PPD report. I am having some
difficulty with section 2.5 Performance assessment. What exactly do I need
to discuss? my performance or my library's performance?
If anyone has any suggestions about what should be written about here I
would be most grateful.
