There is a higher dose recommended for renal patients. But I doubt if it
will work The guidelines used to be restart from scratch. If they have ever
had titres over 100 then that suggests lifetime immunity, because of the
memory thingy but cant recall the reference, I think it was at a conference,
with a recommendation to rejab a booster at 5 years only. But some people
just never respond. :(
