I'm not really, Ahmad - I'm partly teasing you and partly suggesting this is
a narrow view of "bad" and that you could look at it another way. I also
agree with the concept of risk and benefit. Aspirin is pretty bad and so is
warfarin. Interferon makes you feel pretty shitty but I understand has great
benefits if given to the right people. Equally an inert but useless
medication may have almost no adverse effects so woudl not be "bad" per your
classification.
