I have had a few thoughts in that direction.
Globally we are not the only such company and we successfully got one
rival to remove wording claiming they were the only producers of a
British English version off their web site.
If we approach Microsoft and they realise that they need one they are
most likely to generate one from scratch rather than buy ours. We then
cease to have a market (for the medical one, we would still sell the
others)
If they produce such software and it doesn't have a comprehensive list
then we still have a market, and we might persuade them to buy us out to
save time (and embarrassment).
If anyone is approached about what should be in the package, please let
me know, and don't mention a dictionary!
In the meantime, we do a discount package for PCTs, it is a minor
upgrade after all folks!
