Trefor, are you seriously convinced that the offered systems will be
*able* to provide the proof of compliance?
My fear is that the *functionality* of current systems is not part of
the OBS, and is unlikely, therefore, to be available from your local,
friendly LSP.
Can anyone advise about insurance against bankrupcey in these
circumstances?

Not sure I understand this. We drifted up - became progressively
paperless - haven't ad any finance for this.
