Could I propose that there might be some synergy between the Hardhats;
WorldVista; some parts of the US Veterans' Administration; OSHCA and EMIS/
NUG?
The reason being that the others have considerable experience in interfacing a
neat Windows GUI (in Delphi - Kylix a reasonable expectation) to a very large
and complex suite of well-evolved and maintained and developing M programs.
And... that both the GUI and the M programs are public domain or Open Source.
