Sorry, CEOs are being required to sign up to supporting the LSPs - a
blank cheque..
My understanding is that the LSPs are supposed to supply and fund the
infrastructures: local applications are the *financial* responsibility
of the PCTs, Trusts - and anyone *except* the LSPs - and that they won't
know until long after the debacle, how much they will be expected to
contribute.
Please, someone, convince me that I'm wrong!
