How may people have gone to jail because of the incompetence of their
defence lawyers and the behaviour, sometimes verging on dishonesty of the
prosecution lawyers?
How many people have been free to commit crimes (and how much damage has
been done to the criminal justice system) because of the incompetence of
their prosecutors.
All this is irrelevant of course if the questions never reach a forum more
public than GP-UK.
GPC? BMA? Where is our voice?
