28 days here. Many of our homes use the large dispensing cards, and having
seen a 1 month delivery arrive on their doorstep, I can understand why
they'd rather not have 2 months at a time.
We're usually happy to do balancing scripts of smaller amounts when the
patient is first admitted, but with one or 2 homes we get intermittent
requests for these for established residents. If our records show we've been
issuing scripts regularly then I'll usually resist those requests
