appraisals and revalidation are one, or two (according to who you listen to)
separate issues form the contract, are they not?
There wasn't any doubt those would be in under the previous contract or any
other contract. So they and the time they take and their value are
orthogonal to the contract and its negotiation and effects.
The contract though, I'm not convinced that it does reduce clinical time, and
I am convinced that it need not necessarily do so.
