No. The decision was not reversed. It was absolutely clear at the special
LMCs conf that Fay and Gillian's motion would not pass in its original form.
It was also clear that the amended one could, and having been amended to
remove the rigid time period it was properly passed and properly applied.
Remember that the reason for the deadline was the demand from the profession
that this was Sorted Out Soon.

That is not my experience of my colleagues locally.
and no more so of the ones that voted or appeared to have voted yes than no.
Arguing over Florida is easy, Ohio probably futile but possible, but arguing
over an 80/20 vote on this is getting stupid.
