An Acceptable Use Policy can only be deemed 'reasonable' if the network on offer
is meeting the reasonable requirements of those using it, ie in this case if
NHSnet is doing a decent job for those connected to it. I am in no position to
judge directly, as I have no access to NHSnet. But the tone of the present
thread is that there are at least some users who are dissatisfied; in that
case the sooner those responsible for NHSnet policy and operations are made
aware of the dissatisfaction the better.
