Does anyone know if there are nationwide problems with the above systems and
QMAS/QOF data?
Our local practices are getting inconsistent and what appear to be wrong
results, and are understandably worried about whether the problems are being
addressed/fixed.
Unfortunately, although the Torex helpline improved enormously a few months
ago, there seems to have been some deterioration again. The response the
practices are currently getting is that Torex are "looking into it".
Informatics in our area is therefore unsure whether this is a local
configuration problem, a training issue (unlikely with the IT expertise of
some of the practices) or software or even hardware faults.
Any information from elsewhere in the country would be gratefully received.
One practice is even talking about needing to prepare for a paper QOF
submission.
