Was that a dig, or a genuine question?

If the former, then you obviously don't take the problem particularly 
seriously of people not getting to see their doctor because someone else 
has failed to keep an appointment - Which is your right, of course.

If the latter, then I would be delighted to discuss it with you on or 
off list.

1800 for a reminder at 6pm every day

On a 21 day Pill? Simply text PILL 21 the day before you start your next 
pack of Pills.

Or text PILL 21 [day of cycle (1-28)] [time for text]  to 88222 to start 
now.  eg PILL 21 5 1830

A reminder will then come three weeks out of four.

On long-term medication?

eg PILL BOX Gabapentin+600mg 0800 1400 2200
