It was for two students at oxford who were rusticated for it last week.
Hypothetically, I'd suggest anonymously revealing it to a public source, not
identifiably passing it on to the local authorities might be safer.
From an ethical POV, you should probably return such material to teh data
subject - the patient - if it falls into your hands.
