And dragging numerous suspected Junk to the Junk email folder is also
supposed to work as a training method - v quick and easy
Normally I find that after I've booted up, and Outlook's loaded at Startup,
by the time I've loaded FrontDesk, my Inbox is sparkling clean (although 1st
Startup after holidays takes a bit longer!)
