I had a look at Outlook's options last night, and I can't see that it's
possible to share the .pst file as it tells me the file path cannot be
changed (although I didn't try dragging it to the shared folder to find out)
We don't use MS Exchange.
It feels that this should be very easy especially with 2 separate accounts
on one PC running XP but clearly it's not
