Actually I use the Spam filter in the "free" (to NHS in England) Outlook
2003, which works extremely well on the 300 or so e-mails I receive a day.

At work I use the spam filter in Thunderbird, which spots at least 70% of
the spam with almost no false positives.
At home I use spamassassin with Kmail, with similar success.
