I agree. Let's stick to good clinical medicine. Perhaps taking minor
liberties:
If there's a significant degree of irreversibility the patient has COPD;
If there's a significant degree of reversibility the patient has asthma;
If there's both the patient has both.
Payment systems don't change that, and it's for others to untangle the issues.
We won't be changing our coding.
