Has anyone found this document yet?
If not, the BMA Library Archive is likely to be helpful.
Am in London next week , and happy to do the enquiry and scan anything
relevant for the list.

This guidance however is dated 23 December 2003, long after all these events
took place. Does anyone have a copy of the guidance that was in place at the
time? I know what we all did, but what were we supposed to be doing. I for
one never received any training in completing Part C of the crem form.
Surely these GPs can only be judged by the guidance in place at the time. If
the GMC sets a precedent that we must comply with future, as yet unwritten
guidance then I for one won't be joining the queue to sign.
Cheers Geoff
