Points duly taken, but having issued so many duplicates due to the cat/dog
eating it/landdslide/earthquake,bag stolen etc I wonder, does anybody
actually _care_ whether it is a duplicate of one already in circulation? As
long as it is endorsed there can be no accusation of fraud. It happens so
rarely that someone needs two after all. Will anyone ever spot it? Certainly
no one ever has even asked me about it.
