Perhaps it's worth placing surprise on record.
Concerns were raised which impinge on the accuracy of the death certification.
Has the coroner's officer decided the coroner isn't interested?
There is a parallel with the patient who requests a repeat prescription of
GTN at 3am.
Sometimes the degree of lateral thinking required is rather trivial.
