I once tried to charge mileage for travelling about 60-80 minutes return
journey to do the first part on a patient who had been whisked away to a
neighbouring town. I had a real battle with the undertaker who felt that I
was being very unfair about this. I am sure that he offered his services for
free! In the end I wish that I had never bothered.
Best wishes
Paul Bromley.

Alternatively, you are entitled to make a charge for traveling expenses.
