Make bleak reading Manpreet & something that I have alawys suspected
throughout. The vast majority of GPs will always go for a freebie system
unfortunately ( I know in the old VAMP days that many did not - but things
have changed.).
Do we know how Liam Fox stands on this one and can we get some momentum going?
I wrote to my MP - Conservative - Ann Winterton, but she seemed to have no
grasp of the importnace of this, merely wrote to Secreatry of State for Health
and I got my usual photocopy response back - end of story. I cannot see that
writing to my MP again will do anything. I know that you are against it, but
if we do write then I think that we need to send a copy of your letter or
something similar to outline all of the facts.
I would despeartely like us to something or GP computing WILL be destroyed.
Best wishes
Paul Bromley
(off to pastures new and a new job on 1st September - still a GP!)
