Another one - if an employee leaves after 9 weeks is it reasonable for the
practice to ask for payment for the uniform that we purchased for her and
to refund any training courses ?
* We've had a similar problem re nurses. We haven't done so at the practice
but at the Walk-in Centre (where training costs sometimes astronomical) we
seek a commitment to staying for x time or alternatively paying back the
cost of the course. You have to do this in advance rather than
retrospectively.
