Even quite unremarkable people manage to do their HBG and adjust insulin; at
least as complex as INR I'd have thought.

It's a NES surely? We have level 2 warfarin monitoring on a temp basis
pending the PCT taking out a contract with one of the hospitals which will
do the usual with our patients ie miss them out, ignore them, discharge them
for a single DNA etc etc etc. Back to the bad old days but at least it'll be
cheaper for the NHS in teh short term (until they have their CVA)
